I just relocated to the Portland, OR area from Colorado and most of my holiday decorations are still back in Colorado in storage until we sell our home there.
I didn't really want to make a large investment on holiday decorations...So, I pulled out the Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' kit by Stampin' Up! and went to work.
I created this wreath to hang on the front door of our (temporary) apartment.
It was very quick and easy and tons of FUN to create!
This is a photo of the wreath hanging on my front door.
SUPPLIES:
Christmas Jingle Simply Scrappin' Kit (115696)
1" Double-Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (115607)
Big Shot Die-Cut Machine (113439), Circles #2 Die (114526)
Pop-Up Glue Dots (104183), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)
Here is a closer view of the top of the wreath.
TIP: I removed the adhesive from self-adhesive die cuts by putting baby powder on a small paper plate and rubbing the back of the die cut in the powder and then wiping excess off with a paper towel.
TIP: I attached the die cut pieces to the wreath using Pop-Up Glue Dots (104183)
Here is a closer view of the bottom of the wreath.
TIP: I layered the die cuts using Stampin' Dimensionals (104430)
NOTE: I purchased this 18" wreath at a dollar store close to my home.
